Content and conduct rules

Share Moments is a space to share photos and videos among the people attending the same event. Even though that content is not public — only those who joined the event with its QR code can see it — we expect everything you upload to follow these rules.

1. Prohibited content

You may not upload or share content that includes:

• Nudity or sexual content.
• Real graphic violence, gore or disturbing content without a journalistic purpose.
• Harassment, discrimination, threats or incitement to hatred against other people.
• Illegal content, or content that infringes third-party copyright or image rights.
• Images of minors without the consent of their parents or guardians.
• Spam or content unrelated to the event it was uploaded to.

2. Your responsibility

By uploading a photo or video to an event you state that you have the right to share it and that it does not break any of the rules above. You are responsible for the content you upload.

3. How to report content or another user

Share Moments does not have an in-app report or block button yet. If you see content that breaks these rules, or another guest’s behaviour worries you, write to us directly:

Send an email to support@sham-app.store with the event name, the display name of the user involved (if you know it) and a description of what you want to report. If you can, attach a screenshot.

4. What we do with a report

We review every report manually and reply within 72 hours. Depending on the case, we may delete the reported content, remove the user from the event, or delete their account entirely (see account deletion).
